Students, Tell Us Why Boomers Should Be In New Orleans

Earlier this week I had the opportunity to share with some members of my ‘crew’ about my earlier days as a teacher of PR and Advertising. In fact my ‘what I want to be when I grow up’ childhood dream was to teach junior high level students. Although I never found myself in front of such a crowd, I fortunately have gotten many opportunities to occupy that spot at the head of a classroom. A love of teaching is why I enjoy judging creative work – whether it is for business plan competitions, student contests or industry awards. I am delighted by the creativity and – particularly among young students – the enduring interest and enthusiasm for reaching the boomer audience as it evolves.

The contest deadline is October 15th. I encourage you to share news of the competition and/or enter.

I look forward to seeing your work!
